The Members/Owners are a group of likeminded people over the age of 60 who are living independently in a midtown Toronto neighbourhoo, Leaside. SAHIL is a small, quiet and peaceful building.
Leaside is one of Toronto's oldest midtown neighbourhoods. At 1387 Bayview, we are within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, churches, parks, community centres, medical professionals, veterinarians, swimming pool, curling & skating rinks, tennis courts, and a Toronto Public Library.
We have a TTC bus stop at our corner providing regular connections to the Subway and Eglinton LRT
SAHIL is a short 7 to 10 minutes drive to Sunnybrook Hospital should the need arise.

The building is managed by BERKLEY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, which is responsible for over 8,500 units across Ontario. SAHIL is a not-for-profit organization that was incorporated on November 18, 1985 as Ontario Corporation #644319. It operates similarly to a condominium with an elected Board of Directors.
